okay, I've been wanting to put up a slide on this page, but never can get it to work.....

Super Bowl XLIII

tonight was superbowl!!

i don't know how much this means to you, but it sure did mean a lot to me and my mom!!!!!

last year, my whole family and Yushi watched it together, but this year it was just us 2 girls. we had corn chips and salsa for starters, and then the pizza guy arrived at our door. PARTY TIME!!!!

it was the STEELERS VS CARDINALS!!

i was going for the cardinals. i liked the steelers to start with, but the cordinals had one of my favorite QBs, it was Kurt Warner!!!!! i wasnt expecting him to pop up as a cardinal. it was a pleasant surprise.

the steelers were leading 10-0. the game seemed as though they were going to have it all. but towards the end of the 3rd qt, the cardinals start to catch up. they made a touch down to get the lead when they only had 2 and a half minutes left on the clock. it was an amazing sight! the guy ran soooo far soooo fast that no one could catch him! although the stadium was mostly filled with steelers fans, you could just hear the crowd cheer for this cardinal guy!

to make a long story short, the steelers made another touchdown with 30seconds remaining on the clock and that was the end.

the steelers won. after everything was done, my mom and i both decided that it was a very close game that it was a tie. ;)

what?? we both like both the teams!!!


after the game, we watched Mamma Mia!! Leah sent it to us as a christmas present, and we finally got a chance to watch it. it was a fun movie to watch! i wouldn't mind watching it again.
